Wow this place is a southern restaurant, just like in the south they give you a lot of what ever you order. Big pancakes and sausage Patty's a plate of hash browns. You have to go and see for your self. And it's good that's what top it all off.

First time visiting this place and can’t wait to come back! Expect a wait, but it’s well worth it! Very cute restaurant. Creative menu items, something for everyone. Prices are reasonable. Portions are generous. I have enough leftovers for the week now! The one thing that sets this restaurant apart from others is their staff- our server was Stella (i think - she said it was her polish nick name?) but she was so funny and sassy. She took great care of us! Thank you! Edited- Second time in and we didn’t sit in my girl’s (Stella!) station, but, we did have Lisa and she was just as friendly, fun and attentive! She made our second experience here just as enjoyable as the first! Thank you. Will be back again soon.

A nice and cozy atmosphere feel. Went here for brunch had a cup of chicken rosemary soup. Lumberjack plate, chicken tenders and waffles. Food service was great, the portions were very generous. They have a great selection of hot and cold coffee.

First time at The Southern Cafe... It didn't disappoint at all!!!! Our waiter David was amazing and the food to say the least too. Huge portions too!! We didn't leave hungry, had leftovers. The menu is HUGE, great selection and variety for breakfast. I will return even if I go alone to enjoy a different menu item!!

Update: went there today and they do not have a vegan menu or even vegan menu items. I had a skillet with no eggs and no cheese so basically... potato and vegetables. Not bad but I can get that anywhere. Hopefully they add some better options as well as non dairy milk to the coffee bar soon
Yes they do in Roselle. Only
Limited capacity to promote distance. Masks required until seated. Servers wear gloves and masks all the time. Tables were disinfected between guests.
