This place stinks. I spent from 11 am - 4:30 pm waiting for them to realize my cat was just constipated. And they charged me $400 to figure that out

It was a really hard time for me. They were very caring. Solved the problem in just a few minutes.

Extremely expensive but they helped my baby.. honestly couldn't afford it. I waited in lobby for 6 hours while my boy was put on a cage for other pets to take priority. I don't know what's considered fair price but even the payment alternatives offered to me were denied because I'm a low income worker.

A very nice place to take your fur baby to. The receptionists were very welcoming and the staff and Ms Alicia Burkett took very good care of my kitty cat,she is recovering well

I had a wonderful experience. They were very caring & took care my needs. The vet was wonderful when we had to say goodbye to my Ellie.

Do they see guinea pigs?

I don't know about guineas for sure but I'm sure they tre as t most any critters with an Emergency.... One side is the Animal Emergency and Trauma Hospital and the opposite side of lobby and building is the Animal Eye Specialists so it's kinda confusing but everyone is very helpful and they understand that two different specialists in the same building is off-putting at first... I didn't know that when I went because I was in the animal emergency side and I needed the eye specialists, but 10 feet down the reception desk was where I needed to be. Easy.
