I would give a 5 star rating, however it is disappointing when I call and the receptionist is talking very fast. I assume she is stressed and overworked but I feel less important with this type of customer service.

Crop yours first to see how it feels. Why are they being cropped? If medical issues, your vet can help. But it is very painful for the dog.
I see young people there I don't think they have an age limit. Awesome staff, they are the best!
Not that I have experienced. They suggested a product that greatly helped our cats but I purchase it elsewhere so I can buy 6 months at a time.
Yes. My dog had a swelling under her eye. They diagnosed it as an abscessed tooth, recommended a dental cleaning and carefully explained how this likely happened, how it would be resolved and pain and antibiotic treatment.
