It disappoints me to write this review because I typically love the service here. I got a bumper to bumper detail on my car and the work was lackluster. There was still visible dirt on my cars dash and center console and in the back seat cup holders. They raised the price of the detail, which I was bummed about, but told myself the service is still worth it. The detail specialist barley spoke to me and just gave me my keys and left. The vacuuming seems fine, but I'm upset about the lack of effort on everything else. I went through and wiped everything down myself once I got home. Edit: I'm changing my rating from a 2 star to a 5 star because of the phenomenal customer service I got from Symeon, the owner, and his customer service team. They reached out to me immediately after posting the initial review and did everything in their power to make it right.

Truly disappointed.. my husband and i both took our cars here spend 70$ on both based on the reviews we thought it was a good place. Way too much money on such a lousy job. Definitly overpriced! Don’t mind paying more money for a job well done but this was not it. Sometimes we try to save time by going to a car wash when we could have done a better job.

Been here about 15 times for the Mini detail,, they do an absolute great job, but the last detail, they didn't clean the inside front window, and a couple spots on my seat, other then this little mishap they do a great job, car looks brand new inside and out!! Bit of a wait, that's because there doing an excellent job!!

It's simply an insurance policy so that if we are faced with rain or other inclement weather within 72 hours of your purchase we will replace that same level of wash free of charge if you return to us within that window.
