Worst taco’s I ever had. I waited in the drive in for over 15 minutes. After 7 cars in front of us. Placed our order for 6 hard shell tacos, and two mango drinks……they informed us they are out of mango drinks. So we just ordered the taco’s. After the car in front of us got there order, went to pay. With one person behind us, we were asked to drive forward and wait. I asked why, there is only one car behind us. After two minutes they gave us the order. We went straight home to eat. When we opened the order, each of the six tacos were smashed flat, soggy and looked like they’ve been sitting for quite some time. I tried calling and their phone system is not set up to talk to customers. Me and my wife were very disappointed:( We never had such poor service from that location and we were frequent buyers for years!

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, it is either closed early or there is a extremely long wait time to get your food. For a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollar, they really have the worst service out of the fast food chains. 4/5 times I have been here there has been one person working. They make enough money to hire some more employees. If the problem is that no one wants to work because of low pay, THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES THE PAY THEY DESERVE. This whole location should really just be shutdown! Will never come here ever again.

Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. BUT I really wish there was another location close to me. This location is the absolute slowest place I've ever been too. Order online, get there and wait a half hour for your food. And the quality is sub par. Food thrown together quickly. Corporate really needs to step in and fix this place. Tonight will be my last time ordering from here. While waiting, customers came in, waited and ended up leaving.

The credit card machine is almost always down here the last several times I've come here over many months. This seems like a very odd coincidence and also inconvenient for many. I don't want to assume anything but I've worked at enough bars with shady people in my life that I'd be willing to bet some unscrupulous employees or managers are avoiding ringing cash orders or something along those lines and making a killing pocketing cash and with so many cash orders in a day due to no credit cards it would be extremely hard to keep track of. I'd suggest whoever owns this location to really keep an eye on it. Either way fix your damn credit card machines it's becoming ridiculous. Edit: the location I am referring to is on 191st and Harlem in Tinley Park, IL

Great question. I was in there yesterday and they didn't have any chips or anything that will had been fried since the friar had been off for 2 days. How does this place stay open?
