Sunset Properties was amazing to deal with! Every person I spoke with was not only kind, but also very quick to answer and help with any questions I had about our vacation. We are a new family to Sunset Properties, but we will be using them for every summer we visit Sunset from here on out! Check process easy, access to house NOT. Cannot get one of the locks un locked. Called and left word with "emergency maintenance" answering service twice, 30min apart. They have no knowledge of when someone can help us. As I write this one of their vans passed by. We have all our luggage, plus perishables, plus my 91yro mother, on deck in the shade. They just called and said 10min...let's see what happens next. Also garbage, food, was left on our deck and stairs.

Yes. There are many houses with elevators for handicapped people and luggage purposes. Sunset beach is very accommodating and friendly and the beach and surrounding areas are clean and perfectly maintained.

Hi Jean! 1405 WM is privately owned and not currently a rental.
Hi Rob! Vacation rental homes operate differently than your typical hotel or resort, so you'll need to bring some necessities with you. We suggest bringing linens and towels (if they are not provided as part of the rental or you have not rented them through us), paper towels, toilet tissue, kitchen trash bags, dish detergent, bar soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, hair dryer, food wrap, seasonings, board games, books, sun screen, tanning lotion, medicine, boogie boards, beach chairs, and portable grill (if your rental doesn’t advertise a grill).
Most places drop after Labor Day, and some drop even more in October.
