They will accept a copy if that is all you have. They will also send out paperwork to help you gain an Authentic birth certificate. Getting a social security card is quick and easy. Also if you are Born in NC area they may have a birth certificate on file in the system.

Ok I have entered x Medicaid. Moved ftrom wake co to palmico co. So to get all transferred do I have to fill out any forms I called and told wake co. But haven't heard back from them

Yes Wake Co. Would be the one to transfer you. It might be time consuming but sometimes face to face gets things moving a little quicker than a phone call.
