The owner, Gus, is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms, bathroom and common areas were all essentially spotless and clean. The house has a lot of history, just ask Gus and he'll tell you all about it! Second time staying here and would recommend anyone visiting the area stay here if possible!

Considering that we stayed with 2 dogs and one of them is 150lb. I think you will be fine with your chiawua! As far as the monthly fees, you will have to speak to the owner. So if you are a dog owner and enjoy old Victorian style place you will most definitely like your stay.
$250 for 1 person & $50 for each additional adult.
