Hello Gail, There are two memberships: Single Membership - $50/initiation fee: covers billing setup and 24/7 access code $30/month Family Membership - $50/initiation fee: covers billing setup and 24/7 access code $45/month Or - $0/initiation fee $540/year

Does the Champion Sports and Fitness Center have "Hot Tubs"...I have a lower back pain and really need a hot tub for relief.
