I've been a Black Card member for three weeks, and so far, I am thrilled with my choice to join. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and there is a great variety for beginners to advanced users. I've seen some reviews mention cleanliness, and it appears that management has acted on those complaints because every time I have been the entire facility has been very clean. I go three days a week for weight training and 2-3 days a week for cardio and to enjoy the Planet Fitness Spa perks, usually after 7 PM through the week and mid-day on the weekend. The only complaint I could voice is that one evening, around 9 PM, my shower was pretty chilly. But it was late on a busy day and has only happened that one time, so I can forgive that. I love the extra perks that come with the Black Card membership and I am glad I opted for the upgrade.

Planet fitness I a great gym. The staff is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. I am so glad I joined. I can seriously feel an improvement in my overall health. I would definitely join again. It's a great place to desstress and enjoy me-time. health.

Hi Donna, thanks for reaching out! If you are a Black Card member, you are free to bring a guest at a time for them to use the gym floor. They are not permitted to use the BC amenities like the HydroMassage beds or tanning machines, as they are exclusive to the member only. Hope this helped! 😊

They're open now. If you signed up for membership online just go in and talk to the front desk, may need your ID with you to prove its you, but that's it (they'll take a picture of you when you get your keycard)
