I believe that there is someone you can talk to at the office 24 hours a day. When someone is arrested, no matter the time, that's usually where they are brought to first. The courthouse and everything inside of the courthouse closes at 5 p.m. I'm sorry if that wasn't completely helpful.

I believe you have to go to trial and drop the charges then. Once charges have been filed and then a bond/court date is issued it becomes a criminal case. I've seen where the Judge will let the 2 parties go in a room with a mediator and try to come to an agreement or drop the charges if not then it goes to court. This has been my experience in Lee County. Moore county sucks to be honest with you. If you got any one in the jail there I feel bad for them! Talk to the magistrate and/or the detective signed to the case and see what they can do! Good luck!
