Asked about adding a irrigation meter to an existing tap utility told me 2600 bucks…incredible ripoff. Irrigate about 3500 gallons per month in the summer and pay for sewer costs on this 3500 gallons???? Really this water never reaches the sewage plant. Getting charged for a service I am not using seems illegal. Should cost 750 dollars to add a meter but the utility company is in it to fleece it’s customers

Lost water last night, had rusty looking water and air, mostly air, I waited till the water utility’s dept to open at 8:00 am. The lady who answered the phone was so professional and polite, she immediately got her supervisor on the phone, he assured me they would get right on it. At 8:40 I had a water dept employee at my home working on the situation, he had my water running in no time. I was so impressed by everyone I had contact with, I just felt compelled to post this review.

I’ve always had great service and great luck here. Never a problem. Lovely staff inside and outside the office. I once had a water leak and they kindly adjusted the bill for us. Thanks to a great company!
