Both ladies at the counter smiled and were very efficient. Only took about 10 minutes. Awesome job considering it was the 2nd of the month.

These guys are shady, not once. But twice they don't give you a receipt for your transaction. The amount is always more then quote of the bill. Even if you asked. They come up with some kind of excuse. Won't be dealing with any business here! Don't know why North Carolina State motor vehicle allows this kind shady business here!

Well the person who's name it is under must contact the DMV license plate agency & talk to them they can guide u thru lost/stolen title. More than likely u will need the vin# make, model & plate number.
You could have taken the paperwork down there yourself and they would have given you a permanent tag right then. Youbcan get the lady whom you brought the car from to go down there with you and they may be able to speed up the process.

I recently bought a car but i don't have a license yet.. I was wondering can i put a plate on it before getting insurance on the car or does someone who already has a license have to put a plate on it and later transfer it to me once???
