There is 2 cards one is white and $10 a month the other is black $20 plus a maintenance fee i don't know what it is. The black card includes tanning and massage chairs

Once a year members have to pay the $39.99 fee. They say the fee is to maintain the fitness center and equipment, i.e. pay for any building maintenance and repair equipment or purchase new equipment.
You can also call the club and ask for it.
