Printer died and I had less than an hour to get critical docs printed, notarized/validated, rescanned and emailed back to my company. Stephen, jumped on top of it and handled every request quick... I was able to email everything out in less than 15 mins after I first walked in!! Its hard to find exceptional service like they provided, today... They have all of my future business... I absolutely love going to this place to get passport, visa photos done or for any notary needs. If you are looking for an outstanding, professional and friendly service, I would highly recommend coming to this business. I greatly appreciate how patient they are when trying to get a picture of a child. She retook it several times to make sure the picture was not blurry(my 5 year old kept moving) and it met the guidelines for visa and passport. My son first built a fort around chair before he finally agreed for a picture and she patiently waited for him to be ready. This is a very kid friendly place if you need pictures for documents for little ones. I have tried several places for photos for documents and so far they provide best quality pictures. I will definitely come back to this business and suggest you check it out as well, you won't be disappointed.

Always a pleasure working with these folks. My business requires a lot of materials to be shipped and they’re always so willing to help. I wish I could give this place zero star.. The Asian burnt looking woman that works here seems to hate her job and is ALWAYS in a bad mood .. I once had a question and she rudely replied "google" . I am not the only one who has had multiple unpleasant experiences with her either. I spoke with a few friends of mine and I was told they also have had bad experiences with her!! Maybe she needs to look into a different type of job because customer service is DEFINITELY NOT FOR HER!!! I also suggest all the military families new to the area to either use the FedEx drop off box on base right outside the PX or Walgreens out in town as they also take FedEx packages! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! And to the grumpy old lady if you still don't know who I am.. Well, I am the person you charged $2 for a 2 inches tape to send out my already packed and labeled package!! I will continue to spread the word on your lack of customer service and rudeness!!
