I've been going to this place now for over 7 years. I go to a very nice Group on the Thursday mornings Called Man Up! We've also been on Retreats as a group. If you need to get off any kind of Drug. This is the place you need to go to as soon as you can. Sober& Clean-Steve Miller.

They treat their clients terrible!!!! Their so-called doctors are a joke. There's one that's famous for screaming at clients/patients and another one that knows very little about some things I can't believe she's actually a doctor! No bedside manner at all. Just plain rude and uses her power like a sword. If you would like to be treated like you're in jail this place is for you!

Yes. They take Medicaid and self pay. If you have an income, the cost is based on a sliding scale. The maximum is $14.40 per day.
They have a zero benzo policy on your admission urine. The also check OOARS report. Once you are admitted you can be prescribed benzos but u cannot go over 80 mg of methadone per day. Every case is different though. There is another clinic called CTC or Cleveland Treatment Center on carnegie ave. They are way more lax on benzos and other things. CAAA also does suboxone and vivatrol.
I have buckeye but I didn't have any insurance wen I went there they helped me sign up if u have a problem trying to get in there go to the clinic on 79th an Euclid Ave it's nice an new an there's not a lot of ppl there so they will get u right in good luck
Until 10 a.m.
Till 11:00 dosing. Admin is closed
Yes I have seen people go from Suboxone to Methadone several times. There is a waiting period to transition from Suboxone to Methadone, and you would need to discuss this with their medical staff, but I believe it is 24 to 48 hours. CAAA has a great mental health and substance disorder treatment path! They require absolute adherence to the plan, which is how it should be.
They don't have "walk in" appointments. Call first.
No, you have to call. It could take a week or possibly several weeks. All together its about 6 weeks before becoming a client and getting dosed.(there's several meetings and lots if questions they ask. Plus alot of paperwork to sign.) AND YOU MUST be POSITIVE for drugs. And Have insurance or cash to pay for the methadone. They'll make sure of tha before you get very far into the interviews. Best of luck
