Update: These guys step up and the Manager called me to make it as right as they could. I really appreciate the effort and actions they took. I will gladly continue to use them. Original: Planned for a month to do a job and was told they would order my material which was 2800 2x6x8s. I was given a delivery date of Jan 4. Called Jan. 3 to make sure we were getting the delivery and no one knew anything about it. The sales person was out. I called, emailed and then talked to the sales person he put on his out of the office reply. After three days she could not tell me if they could get 2x6s or not. Very frustrated and now verry behind schedule. Thanks Builders FirstSource.
