This location is home now for all of my family's eye needs. Went above and beyond and made getting us what we wanted and needed effortless! They made even the smallest adjustments important and a special shout out to Jessica! She immediately treated us like family and we had some great laughs! If you go anywhere else you're getting 2nd level service.

They were quick and very friendly yet professional. Other places I have been, i waited 2-4 weeks for my glasses to be ready and I only waited 1 week for glasses and they had to order the frames.

Have bought glasses here in the past with no issues, but today was a different story. The gentleman (and I use that term lightly) was so condescending it wasn't even funny. I asked about the specials advertised online as well as the military discount that is advertised and was told both times that I could only get those if I bought new frames.. my frames are only a year old, and are perfectly fine, but my RX had changed, I just needed new lenses. $179.00 later, (instead of the two full pairs for $79.00 that was advertised) my progressive lenses were put into my existing frames. They are EXTREMELY SHARP all around the bottom. It's like they were rough cut, and no further polishing was done. In additional, my glasses were handed to me without being fitted, and without verifying that I could even see out of them. That and the attitude, and I'm seriously considering taking them back to the store. I feel tremendously taken advantage of, and the more I think of it, the angrier I get. Save your money , go somewhere else. To EyeMart, I would suggest that you introduce your employees to what customers service looks like before you loose more customers as a result of their behavior.

You should be able to, however your frames wouldn't be covered if anything were to happen to them.
Yes but it's a separate entity. Lane Optometry is the business and they have amazing staff.
That is a good question. I definitely don't know but I don't think they would unless they have the same style of frames you have now.
