The only gamestop that had what I needed. But I didnt understand the new concept they use on games. I purchased a new game but they gave me a game that had been open. He Put the disk in the case and put a plastic film over the case. All in front of me. Ones the game is open it's used. Doesnt matter if it been inserted in a system or not. Also you should greet people who walk in your store.

I called super late in the day for a last minute gamepad and they were super diligent in checking that they had it in stock for me, held it for me with little notice right there over the phone, then had good and friendly service when I got there to top it off! Never had a bad deal here.
