I get a robo call saying my script is ready. I get there, and only one of four is there, all from same doctor, called in at the same time. The very common meds that 10s of millions of people use are "factory ordered", but they can have tomorrow. I tell them they probably have them in stock, if they can just look, so they look and are surprised they are in stock. But at least another hour to get them from the shelf right behind the pharmacist. Bunch of sloths here, with no understanding of medicine. "Please wait a few days for your high blood pressure pill, and go to the emergency room when you start stroking out."

Very nice place.

I'm giving 1 star for the staff that was on duty last night, 3/10/20. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and I had a migraine yesterday with vomiting and double/blurred vision. I drove to publix with my son after I was told my prescription was being filled. When I got there I was told it would be 10 more minutes before it was ready. Shortly after I was told by the pharmacist, Jacob, that he could not fill my prescription because my doctor didnt send the the right documentation along with the script. I explained to him this is how the script always is and that I need this medication for my migraine. He said there was nothing that he could do that I would have to call my doctor's office. Unfortunately, my doctors office was closed so I could not call to rectify this. So I went home and suffered all night until the following morning when I got a message from the pharmacy that my prescription was ready. When I called to ask why, no one knew anything and couldn't answer why it wasn't filled last night when I needed it. I even got a call from the nurse from my doctor's office and she called the pharmacy and could not understand why they didn't fill it when I was there. I appreciate the staff who were there this morning who filled my prescription for me so I could finally get some relief. They were so nice and had way better customer service. I hope that Jacob was telling the truth because mistakes like that can be very dangerous for people who depend on their medications. I missed two days of work and cannot take the risk of my prescription not being filled again when I need it, so I will be using another pharmacy.

They lied about the arrival time of refill and as a result I do not have vital medication for my son before we fly out of state. I specifically told the tech on the phone why I needed it by this time and was assured it would be ready. The tech today said I should not have been told that. Other prescriptions have been filled very slowly even days later unless I went in and waited for them. Take your business elsewhere.
