Rushed service. She cut my cuticles and it bled on one toe. Three days later , I have infection from this pedicure, red swollen cuticle and painful. Applying antibiotics now.

We've been here before and been pleased. Today's experience was horrible. Had appointments at 1:30. Waited until 2:15 to start. There was a long debate over who was working on my pedicure vs the person next to me. Pedicure was rough and not relaxing at all. Major debate because I didn't want wax treatment. My daughter wanted ombré pink dip nails. Instead she got no ombré at all, no pink, dip stuck to her fingers and one finger cut and bleeding on both sides of the nail. We left and went somewhere else to start over and fix the terrible dip job. They need to honor appointments and shouldn't have technicians doing ombré if they don't know how. I will not return to this business again!
