If you have child with vision needs or problems - don’t go here. GO TO BASCOM AND PALMER in Miami. Worth the trip, worth any money for the peace of mind you are getting the BEST CARE. My mistake for continuing to go to this place - they are JUST OK if you just need a prescription for a normal vision but if there are problems - go somewhere that will have up to date research and doctors that really want to get to the root of the issue and not just go through the motions.

Horrible, and horrible Just left there and it will be my last time going! will be looking for somewhere else where they have better communication, and where they respect patients time. I arrive at 8:16am appointment time 8:30am the lady’s in the front they are amazing wish they can teach the people in the back some manners. Was call at 9 then she said it take 20min to dilate, No problem waited waited waited and waited pass 20min waited more the 40min for the doctor to see my son. I left at 10:50am. My toddler and myself was beyond Annoyed and no one and I repeat no one never apologize for the delay or even inform me about just having one doctor working in office and it can take freaking 2hr+ to be actually be seen by the actual doctor before coming scheduling the appointment. My son have lots of appointments he has to go to and I never never had such a terrible experience before until today.

We were so impressed by the entire process. It was a great experience and Dr. Gold was so helpful, always available and answered all of our questions. The nurses, staff and anesthesia were the best team we could have hoped for. Very happy with our experience!

Typically there is a 20 minute grace period before an appointment is cancelled. We also make every effort to squeeze them in if there have been other cancellations that day.
