Now I’m really upset, like what the actual heck we move in to a dirty apartment… cause they forgot to clean it. Next thing is our dishwashers broke after like three days of moving in, (first time using it) like I'm literally pulling money out of my life savings to pay for this cause I can’t work and go to school and I thought I “invested” in a nice apartment but it’s just been really bad.

The people at The Social West I spoke with were kind. Unfortunately, the apartment was far from ready to move in on our day and time of move in. The apartment smelled of animals and smoke. We were told two days before move in the carpets and pads would be replaced before move in and that didn’t happen. We were also told the apartment would be clean before move in and there is no way it was cleaned. The floor was filthy with visible food remains of counters and tables. The keys received didn’t work to lock the deadbolt of the door so there were a few times the front door was left completely unlocked during move in day with belongings inside. There are also broken drawers, holes in doors, and the screen to the patio was completely off track. As you might understand, we are very disappointed with the state of the apartment upon move in.

Yes, The Social West is a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a 2 pets per apartment max and a few breed restrictions.
Our pricing includes monthly rent, Water, Sewer, Trash, Pest Control, Gas, and Cable & Internet. Utilities such as electricity, water, sewer, and gas are billed directly to each resident’s account and are due with your monthly rent.
We have Xfinity Wi-Fi and Cable and we do not allow upgrades.
