Positive: Nothing, Negative: It was so rundown and out of date. The carpets were moldy, had a very old space heater, the shower was filthy and the sheets/comforter had holes and stains.

Black mold around windows INSIDE my room. Carpet so dirty my feet literally stuck to it. Pizza box & books laying on the floor in our room when we checked in. Kroger bags in dresser drawers. Dead-bolt on door did not work. Very unhappy. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was OK, but decent for the price. Owner was very accommodating, especially for a 1:30am check in time. Asked for a non-smoking room but had to change to another room because smell remained. Took a shower and it hadn't drained by the time I left. Provided toiletries but from 3 different nearby hotels. I'd stay here again if I needed to. Fridge was nice. Rooms 70's style?
