I’ve have been wells fargo customer for the past 8 years and today was the first time that one of their manager name letta wasn’t helpful. I always cash out my check but this time it was disappointing a regular customer that has been coming for a long period of time and this happens is just unacceptable.

Over 35 min wait, i needed to do a larger withdraw, i understand they have ATMs inside that can do that, but only certain amount of money, i asked a employee how much and told me 5000, and walked away. I waited in line finally got there a nice lady helped me( who mind you was the ONLY TELLER) When i told her how much i wanted to withdraw she told me i could have used the ATM machine, i told her a employee told me only 5000. She said i could have done a double transaction, the frustration i felt at that moment. Very poor service at THIS BRANCH. And to the teller that had to deal with everyone frustration, including me i hope this give this women a raise. Update: long awaited wells Fargo reached out to 2nd day of this review. They took the time to apologize and hear my concerns. Very professional.

Not sure why there are super long lines and only one counter open...I count 7 employees...feels like highway road construction, one person working while 5 others "supervise". Be willing to wait in line for 30 mins or more...

To the my fellow Wellsfargo customers...please don't park in front of the walk up ATMs. Literally the only way out of the parking lot.
