We attended a birthday party here for my son's friend on Saturday night. The event began an hour late because the parties before us were running behind. We were told to check in at 6:30pm, and we didn't enter the 1st room until 7:30pm. You can't enter the 1st or 2nd room of inflatables (or the last room for food) until the party before you vacates the room. When we finally got to the last room for pizza and cake, there were items left over from the previous party--jackets, half-eaten food and trash. The owner and staff were apologetic, but it is clearly a very disorganized place.
