Biggest scam in every state. Called to make a payment that my father accumulated when he borrowed my car for a month while I was out of town. Called to fix it, gave the lady my account number when she tells me I have two accounts under my address. She goes to tell me that I would have to pay both starting with the account that IS NOT MINE, because it also shows up with my address. I live with maltable people who all have cars with there own separate accounts. The lady out right ignored me when I told her that the only account I'm worried about is the one with my cars license plate. After explaining again that my account was the one with lower account she outright told me that I would be paying the full amount for both accounts, sorry EZ pass you are the biggest scam artist that have come to the 757 and exploit every resident that are traped in the city. Cold day in hell if you think I will pay some one else's account just to pay mine.

Absolutely no sign saying they would be closed on December 31st. There is a sign for Christmas closing but no others. The phone number listed goes to a call center and not the office. Hours need to be properly reflected.
