if you're under you will need to bring a birth certificate and a parent that is on the birth certificate. For ear piercings you do not have to have a parent present as long as you are over 16.

Every tattoo requires a consultation before a cost is determined. They have to consider size, color or b/w, etc. You can just call to schedule a consultation. Scheduling will guarantee that you have a time slot to get a one-on-one discussion.
