Our experience with Habitation Investigation was great. Our inspection was handled by Nathan Suchy. He was really helpful, and he took out some time to talk to us afterwards as we were not in Columbus on the inspection date. We were notified about some of the major issues that would have costed us thousands of dollars to fix, if we did it on our own after buying the house. I would defiantly recommend them to other buyers.

Home inspection reports are important to ensure the safety and quality of your home. They will cover everything from structural stability, ventilation systems, plumbing fixtures in your kitchen or bathroom as well as electrical wiring installed throughout the house. Inspectors look for anything that could pose a hazard to you and any future buyers like hidden sources of lead paint inside walls which can cause serious damage if people ingest it by licking their fingers after touching these areas without washing them first with soap (a common occurrence).

A home inspection can reveal a long list of flaws, some hidden and others well-known. Inspectors may point out faulty plumbing or electrical wiring that could pose serious hazards to the occupants as well as pests such as termites in your roofing system. If you've been considering buying property but are concerned about its condition, consult an inspector beforehand who will be able to provide valuable feedback on issues before they become major problems down the line!

Potential buyers should be on the lookout for a variety of red flags when conducting their home inspection. These include water damage, structural defects, problems with plumbing or electrical systems, and mold infestations. The presence of one or more of these issues could make it difficult to consider purchasing this property as they may pose safety hazards not only while living in them but also during future renovations.

When a home inspection is bad?

Habitation Investigation Home Inspections | Sep 19, 2021

There are a lot of people out there that do not take home inspections seriously. Why would they need to? They have the power and control over this purchase, so it is only logical for them to turn down any possible deal-breaker items on inspection day just because they don't want their perfect dream house ruined by one little thing. However, when you think about all the money these buyers could save with a little cash or repair credit from sellers at closing time- why wouldn't anyone be interested in taking advantage of such an opportunity?!

What is checked in a home inspection?

Habitation Investigation Home Inspections | Sep 19, 2021

Home Inspectors check for pest problems, safety hazards (like open electrical panels, non-working smoke alarms), structural damage, plumbing issues (leaks and clogs) to make sure there's proper water pressure in the home. They also inspect the roof and gutters, exterior walls looking for signs of moisture penetration or excess wetness at joint corners of siding. During a home inspection an inspector will note any signs of pests inside or outside which would indicate that they could possibly be dragging pests into the home from off your property and causing infestations when you move into it. All in all these are just some things that can have a huge chance on impacting the longevity and enjoyment found in your new property.
