I went 7 months ago i had smothered chops first time too then tried the meatloaf and mashed pot etc. It too was bland. But i worked as a cook and i work in food service. They never know what a person is allergic to so they can season it to everybody's personal taste.

I paid $22 for my dinner oxtails macaroni and cheese Black eyed peas cornbread and yams the food and Tarrant county jail probably tastes better charge way too much money for that food very cheap meat I won't be going back
