Avoid this location. Over the past year, they have at the last minute canceled appointments on us. Today, we finally had an appointment. They have a policy that allows you to be 15 minutes late, we were 10 minutes late due to traffic but they refused to see us. They even admitted we were only 10 minutes late but the doctor was hungry. This was after canceling on us the last two appointments at the last minute. Just not good patient service at this location. I’d suggest finding a different dermatologist. *update- the office manager called and said we should have been seen, as if that helps now. But we still received a text the next day saying we had missed our appointment. We won’t be going back to this office. Just a complete disaster of an office.

This office has useless and unprofessional front staff that would not accommodate me for a new patient intake! I tried calling and there was no answer on the phone to let them know I am running behind. The place was difficult to locate as the gps is not accurate. The desk clerk claimed that Dr Reagin could not see me and would not make the effort. Then she had the nerve to reschedule me to December which is too far out. I lost my faith in this office after this experience and the desk clerk would not go the extra mile to check any other offices to see if there was any sooner availability. Overall the previous one star reviews are accurate and I recommend going to the Bedford or Saginaw location for better service.
