This place is an absolute nightmare. I came here because it was recommended to me by my doctor, the staff were polite but the service was atrocious. After I turned my sleep test in I received a call to come and pick up a sleep test, which I originally thought was a mistake and meant they had my results. I called them back and they were confused-didn't know they called me, did not have any results and told me they would call me back. The called me again, saying they had results, and left a voice message. I called them back but the lady said she could not schedule me because the person who does the scheduling was busy-okay? She says they will call me back again. My next call I received from them they said the same exact thing, they would call me back. The CALL AFTER THAT I told them to call me after work because they close at 5. Never heard from them again. I paid a 50$ copay I got a letter in the mail that says I owe them another 50$ it's ridiculous someone does not know how to run an office or business and are taking people's money and wasting their time. Let's hope to God I don't have a serious night time ailment because they would never tell me.

I went in to see if I could get rid of my CPAP and switch to a mouthpiece. after an examination I was told yes. Little did I know that was a compleat misdiagnoses. My airway was too blocked to use a mouth peice and the CPAP air pressure was the only way to keep it open. I found out the hard way after spending time and money on a mouthpiece that didn't work. There looking for a quick insurance buck here. I'm sure there are more reputable places in the area that would have told me the truth up front. I'd stay away.

The process was very simple for me. I didn't pay anything out of pocket and had my mouth piece in about 3 weeks as promised. I've used it for two nights and my wife say's I'm not snoring anymore! I do feel a little more rested in the morning but mainly it was for the snoring. I recommend it for the average snoring and sleep apnea patient.

They know what they are doing, and they will end your snoring or sleep apnea problem in almost all cases.

Yes it works! If you can tolerate the mouthpieces and the subtle realigning of your lower jaw, then it is so much better than wearing a vacuum cleaner on your face.(CPAP)
