A pretty bad experience last time here for a pick up order. A crabby old later at customer service desk was unable to refund items from our order that were supposed to be in store. She was complaining when I had to go look for a cart since the items weren’t packaged at all. The girl at the checkout tried to charge me twice for items because she didn’t understand English. My items were only refunded after I contacted Home Depot customer service online. Hopefully I don’t need to make another stop at this location.

I hate to single out his location but this is where it happened to me so such is life: My in store experience has been fine hence the two stars but if you plan to order anything online from home depot know the following two things: 1. If you order online and have it delivered to your house you cannot return the item to the store to quickly resolve any issues. You have to arrange a pickup again from your house some days in the future instead of instantly at the store. Unacceptable in the days of Amazon drop off locations. 2. If you order online and ship to store it can just sit at the store "delivered" until some receiving team there actually makes it available for pickup. Even worse, this team only works during the week. So I'm sitting here, with something marked as "delivered" early Friday but it wasn't received so I get to wait till Tuesday (long weekend) to pickup even though it's just sitting at their facility. It's like Home Depot wants to lose to Amazon and Lowes. These have to be two of the most absurd, 0 IQ moves you could make if you have mixed online/brick and mortar presence. Had these two orders gone smoothly this would be next level online experience that no other online store could compete with but instead they severely shot themselves in the foot and I will no longer be using them for online ordering. Amazing case study in garbage customer service and operations. Almost impressive in it's ineptitude and self sabotage. I hope this is seen and rectified and I will happily change my score as all other aspects have been fine.

We go to this Home Depot almost weekly for supplies for home projects. The store is huge and always has what we’re looking for (and then some). The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable (look for Hector if you want a true expert!!) as well as friendly. We’ve also used Home Depot to match paint colors and we were not disappointed.

This is a HUGE Home Depot. Feels great to have this Home Depot on a drivable distance. The only concern I have is- sometimes I find myself running between their staff for for answers, they keep pointing to someone else and the chain keep building up. Overall it's a great place and the stock they have is very good.
