I selected a $10 package of balloons and, when asked whether I wanted high float, I said “yes”. What I didn’t realize is that this particular balloon looks awful with sticky gel-like float inside. It’s the type of balloon that’s clear on the outside with cut out shapes inside that are suppose to move inside. Well, with the high float, the balloon became cloudy and shapes inside stuck to the balloon walls. I was terribly disappointed and asked if I may select something else instead but they refused. They said that I would have to pay for the package … and the high float, which is literally all of it! What happened to customer is always right? Within reason of course. The $20 item (that’s $10 balloons and $10 float) caused them a bad review and a lower rating. The selection is very poor regardless so I doubt I will ever return.

Was looking for some Star Wars based costumes but found nothing. As I perused each aisle I started to realize they were low on inventory throughout the store, especially in costumes. Granted it's not Halloween season, but still.
