The folks operating Pet World are absolutely top-notch as far as I'm concerned. My wife and I are new to the area, and from my initial phone call inquiring about frozen raw food for dogs, they understood our needs perfectly. The employees here seem fully committed to the health and well-being of animals, and they're available and willing to help give suggestions and recommendations should you need. This store is certainly not the closest pet supply store to us, but we absolutely will continue to make regular visits to support them.

Very good customer service I have to say, but the only thing I’m disappointed in is I tried to return a cage that wasn’t working out for my new little critters. I have the receipt, I cleaned the cage, the only thing I didn’t have was the box as it got ruined. They said I was unable to return it. Still other than that. The people were friendly.

DANGER DANGER DANGER! You will not be able to come here without spending money on your favorite little loved one! Although my complex does not allow cats or dogs, I do have a bearded Dragon and a sizable fish tank. This place has it all! Their Beta's are absolutely stunning. Their habitats show that they care for the animals, not looking just for quick sales. Each animal has more than plenty to thrive waiting for their forever home. The place is a lot larger than one thinks, including a small pet section with mice and gerbils and Guinea pigs. Separate is a bird section with a beautiful McCaw. An area suited for aquatic life, kin to being in an aquarium, then finally, KITTY CITY! The cats are well cared for and adoption prices are fair. There is a live webcam on their website that shows the cats playing in the city. LARGE selection of both medications, care products, food, treats, and basically everything else. Staff is helpful and not overbearing.

Amazing store with a ton of variety. We travel here from Dorchester for their treat and food selection and their raw dog food as well. The staff has always been so friendly and accommodating. Yesterday we bought a pair of sugar gliders and the employee who helped us was extremely knowledgeable on the care of these critters and helped us pick everything out. We already love our new pets and are so happy we got them from such a great store!

I think it just cost for one 250?
They hand raise their birds so there isnt always a reliable "stock". But do call or stop in.
Yeah, they mostly have them. Always good to call before you go. I've only seen them 2 out of 4 times I was there
They don't have rats, at least at this time.
No bunnies
Only Russian
Pet World doesn't do grooming.
Yes they do, in fact they had four of them when I visited less than a week ago, cute lil guys! 🦔🦔🦔🦔
Masks req, curbside pick up.
I am not sure. But you can call them and ask. I do know they have alot animals.
I asked while I was there. Live animal sales and adoption will resume in roughly one month.
The cats are through Stray Pets in Need and are shelter cats ready for adoption. I believe other critters are for sale. They should be able to provide information about where the critters came from.
$2.59/pound
They are.

You can walk in and ask them if they need help! The hiring age is 16, but if you are younger maybe you can volunteer. That way, when you turn 16 you will already be known by them and they will hire you bacause you are a great worker!
They have when I been there.. I would call & ask just to make sure.
They are a rescue for cats. Occasionally they will have kittens. I am not sure of the cost however most rescues look to cover their upfront medical cost for the animals
Last i saw they were over $300. You can find hedgies from reputable breeders for much less. There are a few often seen on Craigslist as well.
Definitely call them before you go.. I'm sure they can get them for you!
Well, im sure they sell parakeets, cockatiels, finches, and bigger birds. You really need to call and ask for Natalie.
No. Still same two Dougs! 😊Expensive stuff, but well worth it!
They typically have sugies for sale here, but make sure you do your research! They require specific diets that can typically only be ordered online, and they do smell very bad. They do make wonderful pets if you can handle/afford them!
Closed Mondays ....open Tues-Thurs 12-4, Fri 2-8, Sat 12-6, and Sun 12-5
I believe they do, but call ahead to make sure the people who do the clipping are in and available.
I think it would be easier to find out by calling since they dont always respond to google things!
