Most BMVs move slowly. I checked in online and was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Worst BMV ever. The people inside Talk loud as they speak to you and everyone in there would know your business and yell at you as soon as you walk in asking you why you are there. They are always insistent that I should not be in there, Literally the worst BMV in the entire world - they were yelling at people and don’t respect some of them. They don’t treat everyone in the same way. I went to lewis center branch they are the best in my opinion,

Went in to renew my license and had to explain to the clerk I didn't know my address due to me being in the military and was in the process of moving bases. She proceeded to be hostile and scathing throughout the whole process.

For title transfer go to autotitle center in Lewis center. Then you can go to this bmv for registration and tags. And go early like 8 AM
You should be able to go to any BMV in the state. You may want to utilize the online check in since wait times could reach a few hrs.
Last Aug 2018 the number stickers were replaced with the county name strip.
