Andrew is a very sharp and savvy realtor. He will be honest with you about the properties you’re interested in based upon his experience, and he always has a good pulse on what the housing market is doing. He fights to get the best deal for his customers, whether you are buying or selling with him as your realtor. There were times when we needed him to advocate for us as his clients, and he didn’t disappoint. I greatly appreciated that Andrew would just give me the bottom line when I asked for it—no fluff, just tell me what is going to make the transaction work most smoothly and successfully. That empowered us as his clients when it came to making decisions in both the buying and the selling process. I would highly recommend him as a realtor, and I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Andrew was a top choice because he is an Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) by the Dave Ramsey Team. He quickly learned our goals, provided a plan, and worked with us to efficiently execute. I believe his extensive experience/background, and passion for real estate contributed to the success of our home sale within the market conditions of July/Aug 2022. If you want to sell your home quickly for top dollar, then Andrew should be your realtor!

Andrew is wonderful to work with! This is our second time buying a house with Andrew and our first time selling and it was a great experience. He was able to walk us through all aspects of the process and very kindly made himself available during odd hours to work with our schedules. Would recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Yes, you should have a home inspection. While it isn't mandatory, a home inspection is a vital step when purchasing a property that if missed, could have some serious and expensive repercussions in the future. A professional inspector has a keen eye for how well the house has been taken care of. The inspectors can comment on structural and cosmetic issues, along with any local code issues.
The value of your home is related to its condition and local relative to the other homes that are currently on the market. There is currently a shortage of affordably priced homes in the powell area. (Homes under $400,000) Home Prices can also be affected by seasonality. For more information visit our home value tool at https://andrew.findhomesinohio.com/sell.php
Homes sell all year long, but there are generally more buyers out in the spring. You would think that the answer would be simple, but it really depends on the type of home you are selling. A medium priced family style home typically sells best between March and late July since it tends to align with school letting out in May. Executive homes are less sensitive to this seasonality since there is less seasonality to the relocation market. Single story patio homes targeted toward baby boomers do well all year long, but slow down in the late fall and early winter months since many of the buyers may be wintering in Florida or Arizona..
