I am very grateful for this establishment. Despite the work load and short amount of time given, they were able to diligently create a respectable product. They were also able to make a few corrections--upon my last minute request--because of how quickly they finished the original product.

Initial service was amazing but I live far away and the USB I got for the data was corrupt and would not play. I requested they send me a new opportunity because traveling was a long distance and after my dad passed away I wanted those memories so bad. They said they would mail me a new copy. I never received it. 💔 it has been a year and I cannot get anyone to return my calls or even answer or send me a new copy and I have not been able to get back to Columbus to go to the shop. I spent $200 to save my dad's memory and all we have are 3 dvds that we paid extra for and it isn't all of the footage they recovered. All I wanted was a mailed USB that worked. Had that been accomplished this would have been a 5 star review. Update as of 8/18/2021 at 1620 I have received a call from the owner who has assured me he will correct the situation. Update to review pending future action Update as if 3/17/2022 7 months and several broken promises later and still.no USB. Apparently the guy that did the work is no longer there and I'm just out $200 for nothing. I'm very disappointed Update: 3/18/2022 I was left a message from the owner and a manager who have promised a full refund and the USB replacement. We shall see

Highly recommend. They converted several tapes I found in boxes while downsizing. Very friendly. All work done on site and prices are reasonable. Love this small business.

Hi Scott, well I (Dan Smith) am the owner, and I have worked hard to provide good service to my customers. I am sorry that this has happened to you and your wife, as I have said now many times. I have responded to your review -fairly I think. I have ideas on how to make amends for the loss of the tape, but they were rebuffed by your wife yesterday. I understand your anger, but at this point if you believe that the only thing you want to do is to destroy my business and the livelihood of my family and employees, we are done talking. I wish you well.
It depends on how many you have, what condition they are in, and also what projects we are doing before yours. But having said that two weeks is a good benchmark. If you have a need to have them done before a specific date just let us know. We work to meet our customers needs
I have to say their quality and preservation of your old stuff is top notch
Stop in store I add m sure they will help you. Probably just need to have them digitized.
