I ordered a Vietnamese they ask you if you want extra items on there extra charge they serve me so much ice I'm paying for ice then coffee at the end they didn't even give me the receipt but I was quickly sure I'm disappointed in the coffee

The best popcorn chicken near UCR!! I have been hunting for a good popcorn chicken spot near the school! I have been to Tim boba (that's not even Taiwanese popcorn Chicken more like chicken nugget) then I tried Ten Ren's popcorn chicken (they use some kind of chili oil which is too spicy for my taste, if you like extra spicy you can go to them even when I ask for mild) but the chicken at Boba Tea House is so juicy yet very close to the original taste of Taiwanese popcorn chicken! Their boba is also really good too. I ordered the Almond milk tea, very rich in taste and not too sweet, perfect for me when I don't want being too sweet. Then I ordered the rose milk tea, which is very delicious! The bobas are soft and sweet! Definitely will be my go to for boba and popcorn chicken after school!

My favorite Mediterranean restaurant closed after covid. I am so happy to find this quaint establishment. They have a cute little dinning area and store. They have an extensive menu and everything was superb! I highly recommend this place.
