Not sure how my review was removed but it was. I lived here from 11/2018 to 12/2021. And let me says this Christina is pretty awesome! But thr complex itself is horrible. They are cockroach infested I lived in 2 separate units at this complex and both were infested. Sad part is they sprayed but that's about it. I had a terminal child living there who was allergic to roaches and they didn't care at all. Also water is always off for maintenance. Also the flooring is not done properly and if it messes up before the 36 month mark they charge you for the floor like they are doing me my husband installs wood floor for a living and told christian prior to switching units the floor was going to lift up and it did exactly that but somehow we are at fault for it . Mind u we lived there for 3 years infested with roaches and they still think the floor should be my responsibility what about the pain and suffering my DYING child endured while residing at this place. Also I had stagnat water on my patio and we were being at alive by mosquitos how u ask well the AC was leaking onto the patio put in work orders nothing was done but water sucked up a few times. My poor dog would drink the water and throw up. They did nothing. Also while living there our vehicles were hit twice and security did nothing they are supposed to having patrolling security but instead they have sitting security. 1 of our cars were hit and left a huge dent and 2 of them were broken into. It's the roaches for me though and them expecting me to live like that and pay outrageous move out fees. If

Everett made the application process seamless and was very helpful. He was quick to respond to all my emails and questions. To the point where I was allowed to move not even two days after my application and approval. Only putting four stars instead of 5 since I just moved in. I don’t expect any issues going forward though. The staff is friendly - maintenance workers even offered equipment to help me move items. I’ve talked to a couple of the neighbors who were very friendly. Noise is minimal at night. All in all, I feel blessed to have found this complex. Oh - and they actually answer their phone (more than I could say with most other complexes).

We just moved in Saturday and their was a few concerns with my apartment very minor I emailed Christina and Jasmine they made sure to take care of my concerns within 48 hours. Please report this to the housing authority of Riverside. They do need to know about this. Laurel Heights is notorious for shutting off water and not letting anyone know. And this practice is illegal. Report them to the housing authority and they will forward to the city to come out and check.

Last time it was off for 3 days I reported to code.enforcement
Report to the Housing Authority of the City of Riverside. This is highly illegal. Notices should be given whenever water will be shut off for extensive amounts of time. Laurel Heights has had city officials onsite before for this exact same reason.. please report.
