Terrible. This office turned me away 2 years ago stating they couldn't be my pcp during my pregnancy with a chronic illness. They were not providing ANY maternal or chronic illness treatment. Solely pcp. They called today to try to schedule me an appointment saying they are my assigned pcp? I had to ask them to update their books and the receptionist was extremely short tempered. Im glad I chose to go elsewhere with that type of attention to patient details.

Where to even begin with this place? Nobody answers the phones here, doctors are always late to appointments, and the staff is the most incompetent bunch of people ever assembled. If you have a simple question or request for your doctor or the staff, it goes unanswered. Oh, and if you need a referral to a specialist, good luck, because that takes weeks to get mailed to you, which by that point there's no guarantees it was even sent to the specialist. I've tried and tried for the past year to be lenient with La Clinica's lack of coordination, but now I'm done. I'd rather pay out of pocket somewhere else than deal with this joke of a medical facility.

When checking in you have no privacy. Need to hire more diverse people. The Doctors are great.

Yes of course. If you have health insurance, the bill is billed to your insurance; and if you can't pay with cash or card.
