I was trying call to talk somone about my situation with they said they gonna call me back then somone call I answer he said hello and HANG UP on my face now I have to call again stay on the line !!!! What kinda office is that ???

I was asking to get supervisor name the lady refused and became argumentative after a called spoke to another lady she also refused to give me a supervisor name after 2 weeks someone emailed me said they could help me with my case i asked there name said he was Charles he called me talked to him about the two employees he wanted to talk about my case i told him can i talk to a supervisor he said he was the supervisor i asked for he's supervisor visor he said he wasn't going to give me he's supervisor name untill i answered he's questions i told him i didn't want to talk about my case and what i wanted about the employees conduct

Judy Posada is such an incompetent and illiterate employee here. She literally mailed my check to an incorrect address despite me submitting and address change in writing, providing my address to my assigned officer and her. She blames me of course because “I don’t pick up the phone.” I explained several times that she keeps calling me when I’m at work and to defer contact to email, but she doesn’t listen. She also claims she provided information which she didn’t to me over the phone, honestly I had to cut the ONE phone conversation I had with her short because she doesn’t operate on the same intellectual level as me - she has the thickest accent over the phone and you have to repeat yourself several times and say things extremely slow for her to understand. She really shouldn’t be in charge of issuing out the checks here - I’ll probably never see mine because she was too lazy to verify my address via email but not lazy to email me a notification that she mailed it to the wrong address, true story ya’ll! Anyways Judy Posada a daft, illiterate, lady with and accent you can barley understand who will screw your compensation checks over because she’s too lazy to do her job properly.

So I have been waiting a yr and a half since I filled the necessary paperwork against plumbing patrol of Fremont formerly mr.drain plumbing so the owner came to my house while I was in the e.r.seeing if I had covid stole every last one of my tools that was in his truck total value 20,000 did not pay me my final check for the last 2 weeks I worked for him another 1000.00.so I call the labor board office and spoke with some one who gave me the name and number of the person assigned to my case and was detected to give him a call to see what's up.weird you would think there would have been a report in there computer saying where the case was at but I guess labor board computers don't work like that.but it gets better after several times of trying to call this guy I get a letter in mail saying if I don't return this letter within 15 day they will assume I have no interest in the matter so I think that is really strange I mean who wants to be ripped off for close to 30,0000 and wants to just forget about it apon closer inspection of this letter I come to find the person who sent me this letter is Muslim just like the owner of plumbing patrol I find that highly suspect you people at the labor board should be ashamed of yourselves for the working person yeah right
