Left there extremely unhappy on Friday September 9, 2022. I paid for the "deluxe" spa pedicure with gel nail polish. I like to get acrylic on my 2 big toes( I like the look of the fullness the acrylic gives). So I told the nail tech( who has been here for years because I've seen her) that I wanted acrylic, which she proceeded to try & talk Me out of it. But, I insisted. So she got an attitude but proceeds to do it. Long story short the coldest beautiful but the toe nails looked HORRIBLE. One was bumpy & u could feel my real nail just by touching it. It looked s mess. So I ask for Diane and show her the mess. She was upset and tries to fix it( she did a lil better) it was really unfixable. Diane told me to come back and she would fix it for FREE. So when it's time for another pedicure i will go bacK. IF MY TOES ARE FIXED TO MY LIKING I WILL CHANGE MY RATING. I really must say I say I was treated rather rudely by this lady. All because she couldn't preform the service I paid for correctly.

Thank you all Kim's nails I'm a faithful customer and I'm in Oakland California if you out here go to fruitvale and foothill and the lady who does great on my nails and alot others is snow I've been going there for years and I will continue to post my nails thanks for the views b safe and ladies continue to step your nail game up like myself💯💅😍
