When no other shelter answered their phones, Living Waters Drop In Center did answer, and provided a bed for my uncle. Thanking Jehovah in Jesus name.

The facility is decent but is infested with bedbugs. It is disturbing to see this many bedbugs crawling on you while you are sleeping. I doubt they have anyone come by to spray for pests.
