I just realized that I forgot my power cord at my office and I was due to have a zoom meeting with my company in less than an hour. I was panicking my girlfriend suggested I call around to find a replacement I wasn’t very confident, but I called Staples in Cypress and I spoke to the manager and she told me to come down and they would help me. I was doubtful that they could help me find or even get me out of there in time to make my meeting. I walked in and the manager greeted me, she was a nice young lady with a great attitude. The salesmen came to meet me and said he was waiting for me. It took literally 10 minutes. They went above and beyond the best service I have ever received. I hope they read this because they saved me and I want them both to know I really appreciated their service and dedication to me as a desperate customer that will never forget them. I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to my office supply needs.

I come here mainly for business cards but occasionally grab a few other odds and ends. There staff is Always very friendly and knowledgeable and there Price's are very reasonable. Most of there printing services like business cards, flyers, banners, etc can be done the sameday to.

I wasn't going to leave a review, I was trying to be nice an just call management but after sitting on hold for 10 minutes I hung up. I walked out of this store because the girl behind the counter in printing couldn't even turn around when I was 2 feet behind her rattling my keys after a few minutes to even have the courtesy to say Hi, I will be right with you...after 3 people lined up behind me , all of us ignored and 5 minutes later I walked out and wished the other ignored people good luck...now on my way to Office depot!
