FedEx staff assigned today, 10/31/2021 in this location have poor customer service- no courtesy and does not care. Not sure if he likes his job or just there for the money.

There is an older gentleman thatbis awesome. So helpful, professional, smiling, and super helpful. There were 2 younger employees when we went back the 2nd time. I don't know a lot about shipping large items. They never smiled, made me feel like "why don't you know this?" I felt like we were bothering them. The 4 stars are really for the older gentleman.

If you're not in a huge rush the attendant working there is very personable and does a good job of keeping you feeling like more than a customer. Granted the conversation he makes does make the line go slower so if you are only coming in to drop off or pick up something, you might be waiting a bit longer than you expected.
