Quick, not much hassle. Best to complete any paperwork necessary for applications before hand. Cypress office, Garden Grove office, and the Anaheim office are my go to offices

Have taken too long to try and get my granddaughter on the Orange county health plan. She has health problems and needs to see the doctor asap. How many times do they have to change workers for paperwork can go through and she can get approved?

I am giving 3 stars, as the young girl I talked to, kept on telling the same thing about 6-7 times. I told her OK I understand. Again she says the card will come in the mail. Did she think I was old as my hair is all grey, or did she think I do not understand English. I felt like telling her I am a retired High School teacher, but chose not to. Just because one is not Caucasian does not mean that they do not understand English. She is too immature to be helping the public from the window. Thank you.

yes! I have a 3 yr old myself...the Cypress location off of Chip Ave is honestly the best place I ever been in. social workers, all of them, will help you with anything and everything you and your child needs. The ppl working there have saved me and my son and made it possible to live healthy and happy. There's a girl, wish I remembered her name, she might be my case worker, she's been the most helpful person there. I've been to other locations and left there feeling hopeless and lost.
No you have go to a certain social services building under your needs for example if your a mother or a minor you'd go to family services and if your an individual you'd go.to the santa ana ss building
Insurance? Or a doctor's visit
Just go and apply.
Call your worker or go in person and let them know
Download the EBT Fresh App And it will ask you to enter your zip code, then your EBT card info as well as username and password All new devices you have to create a new account
I believe at The Superior Court of California County of Orange https://www.occourts.org/directory/family-court-services/
There is mailboxes outside the main entrance doors
Yes, just call the customer service number or ask your case worker .
No. There is a GR office in Santa Ana dedicated to serving the GR population.
If you need help that is why they are there...they can help with food stamps and cash aid. But it up to you if you have all the right paper work together. If you need help with more call 211...
No. Here they can assist you to get a referral to the orange county department of education . You have to go thru your social worker for this kind of referral to take place.
