Nice place though a few of the "entertainment" items such as the vending machines and pool table are not taken care of. Overall this place is much cleaner and nicer than most laundromat I've seen and its not directly in a super shady area. Also to the dude whining about the parking sign, yes it applies to that "ONE SPOT" because its the only f****** spot it's in front of. In case you didn't realize the people who own this place use it as employee parking, hence the "private property sign".

Your establishment need to do better when it comes to addressing parking for the manager only. The sign posted can be for the entire parking lot and not just a specific spot. As a teacher, the genius who had this idea, didn't think this through....... So, I will go to the City Hall to have this address and a more competent parking procedure can be processed.
