My experience at Landmark of Baton wasn’t the greatest. I worked in the administration arena which lack diversity and cultural competence. As a African American male, it’s important that all individuals are treated with respect, dignity, and with professionalism. I hope this helps the next African American who works in Administration in this organization.

My mother was here for a few months and she received so much love and support from the staff, the nurses. I feel they treated her like family. They comforted me during my time of loss with her. If you want staff that care and will watch over your loved ones, this is the PERFECT place to be. This is a REAL review. They called me every time something went wrong and always let me know how she was doing. I love the staff here. Your family would too.

If a resident loses laundry, we first help them look for it. Frequently a staff member can help them find it. If something goes missing and we are unable to find it we will replace it.
Yes. Mrs. Nicole is the dietary supervisor to ask for.
Should say training for CNA.... certified nursing assistant....however you need to apply.....people, please remember your spelling and correct usage of terms is important....how would you ever update a chart on a patient if you can't even ask a simple question on a website?
Yes, we have a dentist that comes to the facility. Once residents are established as patients of his, they are seen regularly.
