Dog friendly. A very nice area surrounded by trees. Great staff. The room was perfect. Bed comfortable & everything in working order. Able to sit outside & enjoy the view. Within walking distance to restaurants & small shops.

On our seventh day of a nine day road trip, and after staying in some decent and not so decent motels, Shasta Inn was just what we needed. Hands down the cleanest motel we've stayed yet. The rooms are updated and spacious and spotless. We had a mini fridge to store our road food, the bathroom was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The exterior is pristine and the staff was working on keeping it that way the two days we were there. Speaking of the staff: From the maintenance man to the manager to the woman at the front desk; everyone was friendly and super chill. And it's right in town so we could easily walk to anywhere aside from the trailheads. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay in Mount Shasta! Super clean rooms. Comfy beds with quality bedding. Clean facility. Cute decor with a rustic cabin feel. Incredible value, I got more than I bargained for!

Had a great time here with my boyfriend. The staff and bartender were really nice and accomadating. Felt like home. The room was clean, very warm and the hot water was awesome. There was even a separate heater in the bathroom which I also enjoy. We did not bring our animals this time, but there is a 25 dollar pet deposit. I would've felt comfortable even with the big St.Bernard and husky in the room with us. The king size bed was very comfortable. Just a walk away from downtown Shasta.
